Starting from June 2025 (Reiwa 7), in consideration of privacy protection, we have changed the method of calling patients from using their “name” to using a “number.”

At reception, you will be given a numbered tag.

During examinations and consultations, we will call you by your number, and ask you to present your numbered tag for personal identification.

The numbered tag will be collected at reception at the end, so please take care not to lose it.

Additionally, if there is no response to the number call, we will call by name.

Please also understand that, depending on the situation, the order of guidance may change. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
