Until the popularization of Hole ICL, there is a risk that cataract and glaucoma occur after ICL, but Hole ICL has no risk of glaucoma, and the risk of cataract is 0.03% in our clinic’s data, generally less than 1%. We can say that the long-term stability of the material has been confirmed. There is no new ICL complication reported 10～20 years after ICl operation.
